Requirements
To process your refund, please submit the following documents as required by the State of Texas:
Receipts
Original receipts from participating stores.
Purchases must be made within 30 days of your departure date.
Merchandise
Bring the purchased merchandise — items must be new and unused.
Travel Documents
Travel documents – Passport, visa, I-94 or entry stamp, ESTA, or Global Entry.
For Mexican citizens processing in border counties, an INE or IFE is also accepted.
Travel Information
Flight or transportation information – such as an electronic ticket, itinerary, or bus ticket.
